About this deal

Both options come with a 2560x1600, Super AMOLED display, which boasts a wide colour range 94% of RGB, allowing broader, more vibrant colours. The Tab S comes in "dazzling white" and "titanium bronze" (which looks more like a dark gray to me) with a light goldish brown trim and plastic dimpled back, similar to the Samsung Galaxy S5 .

with its Snapdragon chipset that supports quick charging, the Tab S uses the Exynos that doesn't charge as quickly. An exceptional screen and a long list of software goodies make the Galaxy Tab S Samsung's best tablet to date and our top Android choice for an entertainment slate. The 11-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display has a vision booster which keeps the display visible, even under sunlight. That’s ok in our book as tablets are a long way from being ideal cameras in their very design, but if you do feel an urge to fire off some snaps with its 8 megapixel camera you’ll find the results are comparable to an average 8 megapixel smartphone. Thanks to their bright, colorful screens, the Galaxy Tab S are two of the best movie-watching slates. With apps like GoodNotes and LumaFusion at your fingertips, plus a dual rear camera with 13MP and 8MP ultra-wide sensors and a dual front camera with a 12MP and 12MP ultra-wide camera, taking creative work to the next level is simple. It all sounds great, but unless I was switching from one environment to another, I didn't notice a huge difference. On a full charge, after watching two full movies and browsing the Web for an hour, the battery still had a little less than half of its battery life.

They're good looking tablets and they don't look cheap in the least, though they don't have the metal chic of the iPad mini and Air. Those are some eye-popping specs, and still better than the iPad Air 2 which now packs 2GB rather than 1, or the 2013 Nexus 7 which offers a resolution of just 323ppi on its 7-inch screen. That's been the strategy for the Galaxy S line of phones for several years running, and it's the strategy that has led the company to release 11 different tablets since the beginning of 2014. With these tablets (and the excellent display on the Galaxy S5), Samsung has finally gotten to a place where AMOLED screen technology doesn’t feel inferior to LCD. This Tablet supports Wi-Fi connectivity and lets its users wirelessly surf the Web, check e-mails, or stream videos.

That’s why SmartCellular is committed to reduce the negative impact on our planet by giving you Extra Cash for every unwanted phone you recycle with us.
