A refreshing take on a classic London Dry – well-balanced and Juniper-led, but with the bright and refreshing Dorset notes of elderberries, samphire and handpicked gorse flowers. We’ve sourced Brazilian and Colombian speciality coffee beans to create a liqueur that does justice to its caffeinated cousin. When you refuse to rely on flavourings and additives, you have to work with some of the best Speciality grade Arabica coffees from around the world. A touch of demerara sugar is added to balance the sweetness of the coffee, and the liqueur is then distilled in Conker's very own British wheat spirit.The big and wonderful bittersweet espresso hit on the taste buds is enhanced by touches of vanilla, brown caramel and a lively fruitness. Using the same wheat spirit they use for their gin, demerara sugar and Brazilian and Ethiopian coffee beans freshly roasted at their local Dorset coffee company, Conker have made a deep, dark liqueur that tastes like alcoholic espresso. After spending his younger years studying and working on building his CV, Rupert began his serious working career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, but pretty quickly realised something was missing and that his real passion lay elsewhere.
