If you love to cycle - you will love the cycling routes in and around Dawlish. The Exe Estuary Trail offers off road cycling for 16miles from Dawlish Warren to Exmouth, along some of the most stunning coastal scenery. Was recommended this place and it turned out to be a good recommendation! When we arrived there was a queue but our number Why not pay a visit to the historic Old Town and wander through the Manor Gardens at Gildredge Park, then cross over the road and grab something to eat at The Lamb Inn, the oldest pub and one of the oldest buildings in Eastbourne. Next door is St Mary's Church, Eastbourne's oldest church. Rail: Dawlish is renowned for having one of the most scenic railway lines in the world, running just metres from the sea it is well worth making the trip by train. Dawlish Train Station is on the main line to London Paddington.

The pool and pool house are yours to use as you please during the hire. However, on the afternoon of your wedding, as you head into the barn for your wedding breakfast, we will close the pool for the safety of the guests and reopen it first thing the following morning. The South Devon Railway Line runs through Dawlish, this is considered one of the most scenic railway lines in Britain, it runs along the coast from Exeter to Newton Abbot providing wonderful views along the Exe Estuary and out to sea. The line runs along the coast under the distinct red brown cliffs and through series of dramatic tunnels, literally a few metres from the shoreline. Was taken and told about a 35 min wait for table and we would get a message when ready. This was great... as meant we could go off and do a couple of things instead of standing in line! The setting of the Chapel Barn is like no other. Lit with candles and fairy lights and decorated to your taste, the Chapel Barn oozes rustic charm and beautiful details. From the gorgeous stained glass windows that filter glorious natural light, to the quaint and quirky beams overhead adorned with sparkling lights. The whole feel of the Chapel Barn is peaceful, welcoming and full of love. For these purposes, to be included within the curtilage of the building, the object or structure must have formed part of the land since before 1st July 1948. There is a smaller bed underneath the main double which is suitable for up to two Children (additional bedding not included).
